In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, you’ll design and make a festive glass picture curve — perfect for displaying at home during Christmas or giving as a unique handmade gift.

What will I make?

 

You’ll create your own fused glass Christmas picture curve, which could include:

· Festive trees and winter scenes

· Simple decorative patterns and textures

· Abstract colour designs with a Christmas feel

 

Your design will be created by you during the workshop, then kiln-fired afterwards to form the finished curved glass piece.

During this 3-hour session, you’ll be guided step by step through:

 

· How to safely cut and shape glass

· How to layer colours and textures

· How to build your design with confidence

 

You’ll have access to a wide range of coloured glass, frits and decorative materials, so you can keep things simple or create something more detailed.

 

We’ll guide you throughout, while giving you the freedom to make something that feels like your own.
