Fancy getting creative with glass? Whether you have had a go at fused glass before or are complete beginner, then come along!

Create a beautiful set of coasters or small dish, to be able to show off and use. During the 2 hour session you will be shown how to cut glass, layer glass and also how to design your pieces from your own ideas. With all sorts of colours and forms of glass and techniques available for you to use, be as adventurous as you want!!

You will be shown how to safely use the tools and equipment and then it’s over to you (along with help and advice along the way) to turn your ideas into art!

The courses are held at Glass Quarter Designs, Studio 14 on the site of the Red House Glass cone, near Stourbridge in the heart of the Glass Quarter. You can spend some time looking around the site, glass blowing demonstrations are held weekend afternoons. There is also a coffee shop on site but tea and coffee will be provided.

Your pieces will need to fired over night, but will be available for collection a few days after the course. Or they can be posted for a small additional postage fee
